What is NadiPrana?
NadiPrana is a yogic system of moving subtle energies by moving the body. It is based on the Buddhist inner yogas of India, which later—and until today—have been flourishing in Tibet. What renders it so powerful is, that it makes the experiential know-how of these ancient techniques applicable in today’s world. What are the challenges, the problems that we mostly face? We want the excess stress and the underlying emotional turmoil to end—the loneliness to stop, the exhaustion to stop, insecurity and anxiety to stop. NadiPrana shows us how all of these issues can be brought into field of limitless awareness in which they dissolve as if on their own accord. NadiPrana gets us out of our heads and into body presence. It cuts the cords to our habitual fixations on problems and thinking patterns, which keep us running in self-perpetuating and usually frustrating circles. Instead, we touch base with our embodied reality.

With the help of NadiPrana, our limitations even our shadows, pain and misery, can be experienced as the very doorways that can lead us into the vast resources of energy and unhindered creativity dormant in us.
The inner alchemy of the process lets us tap into this energy. It leads us from discomfort to unconditional ease. The poison becomes the medicine.
NadiPrana unfreezes the energies frozen in body and mind.

When experienced as space, body, breath, and mind are inexhaustible.
How Does NadiPrana Work?
In NadiPrana, we focus more on inner processes rather than exclusively on outer postures. We are working with all of body, breath and mind, not solely with the anatomy. We are involving all of our senses, our entire awareness—letting them reveal how spacious they can be. Thus, we learn how to relax. We let go of our fears by feeling them; we gradually stop holding ourselves back; cease making ourselves small—and dependent on ‘higher authority’. By relaxing and loosening our anxiety driven grip, life takes charge of itself. We don’t have to worriedly control it. Cruise control is on. We can enjoy the ride. Such approach proves especially relevant for our times of mounting outside pressure and inner alienation.
“To be awake, to be enlightened, is to be fully and completely embodied. To
be fully embodied means to be at one with who we are, in every respect, including our physical being, our emotions, and the totality of our karmic situation. It is to be entirely present to who we are and to the journey of our own becoming.”
-Reggie Ray

Our lives become more real
By exploring, sensing and feeling what’s going on inside and around us, our lives become much more real and simultaneously much more flowing and pleasant. Living in awareness, our life actually is the Buddha—or the
healing that we may have sought elsewhere.
Ironically our liberation is in the shadow qualities we want to discard or leave behind. It is in the totality of our life situation, when experienced as presence of awareness.

Let us celebrate the simple joy of being alive
Innumerable Benefits—No False Promises
Feel Empowered and Free in Your Body
NadiPrana offers as many benefits as we seek to gain from it. It acts like the legendary wish-fulfilling jewel. How so? Because our body, breath and mind are the actual jewels, and NadiPrana works like the inner alchemical catalyst that unlocks their dormant powers, the benefits permeate or unfold in all of body, breath and mind. The only catch is that we have to apply ourselves if we wish to make the offer real. In general, we can say that the practice of NadiPrana calms the mind, balances the emotions and harmonizes all bodymind functions. It allows us to be fully embodied rather than being lost in disconnected thoughts, as we often are. When we are fully embodied and our emotions are balanced, we can also think more clearly.
The Instructor
Choyin Dorje
Nyingmapa Yogi Choyin Dorje (so designated and named by his root guru the late Acharya Dawa Chhodak Rinpoche) has been practicing what he is sharing through NadiPrana for almost fifty years. His teaching is based on years of study with several renowned teachers, mostly of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition—and on a lot of life experience of living in different countries and cultures.
Advanced in years but ageless in spirit, he brings much experience to the task. For many years Choyin Dorje worked here in India with only a small group of dharma friends, avoiding the public. Now he feels the time has come to invite more people into the circle. Many more should have the chance to partake in and benefit from NadiPrana’s gentle transforming power.

Dr. Shikha Aggarwal
A physician specializing in Functional Medicine who has been serving people in Goa for the past 17 years with her assessment techniques and therapeutic acumen. Dr. Shikha’s clinic, “Healthy Healing Centre”, is located in Sangolda.
Since 2004, she also has been a student of Buddhism and of NadiPrana, working with some of the same teachers as Choyin Dorje. They encouraged her to see her medical practice as another aspect of her path. Both need continuous fine-tuning of skills.
