There is no predetermined order of exercises to be followed, and the whole affair albeit somewhat structured according to each group’s slightly different implicit order—is highly spontaneous. In a way, it is the participants’ ebb and flow of enthusiasm and resistance, which decides how each particular session unfolds, which exercises are done and how much group sharing occurs.

Naturally, sufficient break time is set aside each day; time for exploring the area around the reservoir & the organic farm, or for catching up with your diary. After all, relaxation from the grip of self-perpetuating mental rumination is the foundation for all progress on the path of vision. Relaxation paired with persistence in awareness is the basis for all meditation. We cannot only ‘do’ yoga, after all the joy is in relishing its results.
